I'm not a big fan of restricting content, primarily low quality or reposts anyway, to small groups of people. Something like Heaven-only hide tags (mentioned by @Sentonta) are useless because they defy the purpose of submitting a thread in a public section, making the content accessible to 1% of the active members. If you want to share something with few people, don't post it publicly; make a group chat somewhere instead (not Discord, please).

We have a Premium subforum that none uses because leechers don't like threads there. So the only difference this suggestion would make is that you would get likes from leechers without giving them access to the content, so at the end of the day, you will only be baiting hordes of leechers.

That was just suggested as the main idea wouldn't stop anything, silent leechers would still upgrade and take either way.
