If you're so worried about the impact COVID-19 has on the real world, you should advocate for mandatory vaccinations or a better health care system.
Most of the cyber crimes committed by the members of this community have little to no impact on the real world because they're nothing serious.
Many other issues have much worse consequences you're ignoring because it's easier to point the finger at an online forum.
What about multi-billion dollar companies selling people's data? Unconstitutional surveillance? State-sponsored hackers? Freedom of speech?

Cracked isn't about drug trafficking. Cracking accounts won't make anyone go bankrupt; let's not even talk about "countries credibility".
Many cybersecurity experts were cyber criminals when they were young, and trust me, the userbase here is very young. So let people choose their paths.
