I really don't see the point of this suggestion. When you are adding a vouch you are getting a form that you need to fill (rating, comment, cost) along with thread title in it. You really can't "accidentally" fill entire form without confirmation.

i agree with @J_S, when you leave a vouch you leave it because you are satisfied about the product you buyed, there is no point in deleting it after.
