NVE May 31st Update!




May 31st Change Log:
  • Improved water color in most swimming pools throughout a number of homes, apartments and hotel locations in Vinewood Hills, Rockford Hills, Vespucci Beach and Downtown Los Santos. Comes with brand new night lighting for pools. Colors vary throughout each location. More locations will have lights added to them over time
  • Increased directional shadow draw distance during night time in each weather
  • Added a new large Cedar tree, small Cedar tree and new desert Sage plants with improved textures, proper vertex paint and LOD models as part of the vegetation overhaul. Additionally fixed LOD texture mipmap levels for each Cedar tree from previous updates
  • Added new hedge bushes around Rockford Hills and Michael's Home as part of the vegetation overhaul
  • Reworked the large Oak Tree model with improved textures, proper vertex paint and LOD models as part of the vegetation overhaul. Now it looks better during Overcast and Rain weathers
  • Added the optional Darker Nights add-on and Parallax Roads for Grove Street / Chamberlain and Downtown Los Santos to the main package for Gold Supporters
  • Improved performance for the Darker Nights add-on in FiveM
  • Added various new neon and animated lights across the map. New locations include the colorful Parking Garage lights (North Rockford Dr), Pawn Shop (Downtown Vinewood), Motel sign (Alta), 24-7 sign (Little Seoul), Fame or Shame sign (East Vinewood), Metro Subway lights (Single Player Only) and Barber Shop pole (Exterior - Only select locations in Los Santos), 
  • Added a variety of new road traffic and tunnel props around the map. Locations include Downtown Los Santos (Freeway next to Pillbox Hospital), North Chumash / Great Ocean Highway, Great Chaparral, Grand Senora Desert (Freeway) and El Burro Heights
  • Added light emitters to Glow Sticks and Parking Wand models when using them outside of a Single Player scenario. Works properly in FiveM, RageMP and altV
  • Improved the lighting inside Metro Subway interiors and fixed the intensity of emissive billboard lights
  • Added a new "Low" intensity setting for the Brighter Emergency Lights add-on in FiveM
  • Added brand new high-resolution beach textures for sand and promenade pavement with parallax mapping. Currently only 40% done and covers half of the beach area. Will be further improved and fully completed by the next update (WIP)
  • Removed collision from the volleyball nets located in Vespucci Beach and added wind movement to the nets
  • Added a new vehicle exhaust backfire effect (WIP)
  • Added a slightly exaggerated effect with leaves flowing throughout Paleto Forest
  • Added new weapon enhancements ranging from realistic muzzle effects to bullet shell casings falling on the floor instead of disappearing like vanilla. Supports all weapons in Single Player and only certain weapons in other packages. Comes as an optional add-on in FiveM (WIP)
  • Increased the life duration of footprint decals before they disappear
  • Slightly improved bullet / footprint decal textures and adjusted the size of the bullet decal parallax effect
  • Added new high-quality parallaxed roads to Downtown Vinewood for Platinum Supporters as part of the roads overhaul (WIP)
  • Improved lights in various tunnels throughout Blaine County. Additionally improved some of the night lights near the Vespucci Canals
  • Fixed an issue with peds spawning frozen in a parking lot near Downtown Vinewood
  • Added new parallax textures to the walking path in Rockford Hills near the Schlongberg Sachs building
  • Slightly increased the visibility of water foam in all weathers
  • Improved blending between the underwater timecycle and above water timecycle
  • Updated ENB presets and shaders with slight adjustments
  • Misc bug fixes and tweaks
Known Issues:
- Some hedges currently do not have their collision removed. This will be fixed soon.
- Laser lights glitch out and flicker at certain angles. This will be fixed in the future.
- Farthest LOD on the Olive Tree model is still using the vanilla tree. This will be fixed in the future.
