You might be able to host your bot on AWS Free package using the EC2 VPS, depending of how much RAM ur gonna need.

If 500mb of ram are enough u should get a try on AWS, eventually if u wan't to go deeper it has good integrations with lambda(use it to create an api) and S3(Bucket Storage for the server)... And the best, it's all free
