I'm not talking about the photo, but the post, whatever, not a big deal.

What i'm saying is that in my opinion, TOS is OK as long as it's not unreasonable.
Buying a method and two days later, it gets patched without me having the time to profit in any way and not being refunded, that's not what i'm calling reasonable. I feel cheated.

We have two opinions on this matter and we can't reach an agreement.
