Therapy is totally worth it IF you have the right therapist.  You might need to read some reviews on a site like Healthgrades.  A bad therapist is worse than no therapist at all.

Hey guys, it's my first post here and I really need some advice; I'm 21 y/o and basically I'm falling apart XD
I just feel that I'm not enough to anything, i'm not studying and my workplace is just depressing but can't find anything good as it.
I've been saving for repairing my grandpa's car but if need I could go to therapy with that money.

So, what do you think?

P.S. Sorry for my bad english, I'm a little rusty hahaha

just get urself diagnosed if you think youre mentally ill. Psychiatrist are useful because they can actually prescribe you something. If youre just feeling bad, i would say it isnt worth it, except this goes for multiple months.

"I have always treated consultations of psychologists, psychotherapists, and psychiatrists loyally. My communication with a psychotherapist began in 2016 based on clinical depression. In our family, it is not customary to go to someone and tell them about your problems, even for money. And for the male population, it is like a stigma. But after losing my father, everything changed. I was looking for information on how to get my feelings in order and found a good article, after which I decided to go to therapy.
Here it is https://www.counsellinginmelbourne.com.a...-and-loss/.
But it's wrong to think of mental processes solely as bliss. You wouldn't pat a man with cancer on the shoulder and say, ""Smile, start enjoying life, and the problem will go away by itself. Depressive disorder has just as much chance of destroying a person as cancer. That's why I recommend seeking qualified help if you need it."
