Those people aren't even support team members for RDP.Black, we only have 2 support users in WHMCS, one is me, and the other is my partner (which is asleep).

i think you need to google how to open task manager. right click on the task bar and click on Task Manager, then proceed to click on perfomance

When you click the windows button on the RDP, type "task manager".

I know how to open a task manager thank you very much but it closes instantly after opening and 'can not respond'

Anyways I am tired of you guys insulting my intelligence wait on the admin and I can send admin the login details to server and they can check for themselves.

You probably got yourself infected with some sort of malware, reinstall the OS via the RDP.Black panel.
