Seems like a good Idea but that doesn't hinder People from hosting Fake Giveaways.
Well it sorta does. But Staff has alot of other things todo already aswell and I am sure
people would find ways to bypass this by just scamming the Price to the Winner or anything really

conducting fake ga will get your account banned. So i dont think users will make fake g unless they dont care for their user acc.

Talking bout staff busy.
that means its time they may need more staff members.
ps. a member shud be chosen for this work seperately (opt)

My vote is as such: 

If someone is hosting a giveaway (i.e. they are conducting it AND providing the prize) then they should be able to pick the winner however they damn well please. And in the spirit of good faith, close friends of theirs (or persons in which they'd have proper motive to select in order to kiss ass) should be encouraged to either not enter or to enter under an alias so that we on the forum don't have to listen to the crybabies complaining that it wasn't fair just because they didn't win. 

Shut up kid, you didn't win and you won't win because its rigged. Everything in life is rigged, get used to it. Just rig it for yourself instead of crying about the game being played

i also think that there should be format to giveaway .
like the winner should be always declared (some people don't do that)
and the threads should be closed by the host after giveaway is over(many threads are still open even after giveaway ended)
and heading changed to ended.This sort of things should be made compulsory for the host

I agree with this idea, and also the idea of making a staff responsible for the giveaways is a good idea. However, they would need more staff for that.
It's a sh*t losing your time on entering a giveaway that you'll not win cuz the other member is a friend of the responsible for the giveaway.

In my giveaways i always use Random.org in order to choose the number + i record it to prove i'm not faking it.
So choosing the winner just because it's your friend it's just stupid and you're wasting other people's time.
