With MYRZ Anti Public Checker, it isn't a reliable way to check if a combo is public/private.
There is an option on it to "send private lines to db" so, someone could manipulate it so that the combo looks to be 0% private, or any %. I used to use infinityblack anti public, but that is gone now.
