I don’t have the full convo uploaded as we have been talking for over a month. In addition, most of this was done over screen share.
As for when he refers to me ‘leaking’ his method, I was discussing how I had just lost .05, with my business partner, who had no intention of using the method (what shadow sold is a scam method so why does it matter if I talked about it) and I had sent the chat logs of the site support. Shadow used this as a way to say no refund. However, this is my business partner and I was telling him how I had just been scammed.
@ Darkness at the end of the day, shadow charged me $500 for a non-working fake double spend method, and it is obviously a scam. The casino involved has scripts to detect when someone sends to them using fomero and freezes their account. There wasn’t even a pdf method, he just linked to a public tool. Please read the Fomero FAQ, it has 8bet listed as a site that does 0 confirms.
I’m out .025 btc and shadow doesn’t seem to care. He stated that he had been using this method for months, which isn’t true. His whole sales pitch for it was bullshit, this isn’t a crypto exploit, it can be patched, and it’s super scammy.
@ KSZ We did in fact agree on a half refund before their support team made a decision, and the rest after. However, at that point I was grappling to get my losses back and agreeing to that was my only way to get anything at all back that day. It makes 0 sense for them to hold both withdrawals, the site said that they had decided to keep my money because it balanced out the damage he had done previously. In shadows own words, he had been using this for months without issues, so obvious he had done damages.

he payed me to execute the method for him in exchange for the method when I was done.

Then why did live chat tell me that they wouldnt refund you because it balanced out the damages done to the site when you withdrew?
Anyways the leaking part is bullshit, I didnt leak it. I talked to my business partner about my loss. Thats all. He didnt use the method obviously, since it doesnt even work and is fake.
@ KSZ you can check, this is the second dispute shadow has had over this crypto exploit. He had to repay the last person too. This isnt private, you sold something public.
You took the .05, lost half of it, and gave me the other .025 back as it was mine and you had no right to keep it. I didnt leak it. Its not a method, I talked about the loss of .05 with someone close.
Let me add, part of what he said about the method was to use proxies and change info everytime, new emails usernames etc on every account to evade detection, so that screenshot is basically useless as it is for one account, the support cannot see all of his accounts.
I would also like to add that I have the emails of shadows accounts on 8bet- he had 5 accounts which are all linked to him. How can you say that you never withdrew but you had so many accs?
He is lying about never saying he had used it, when asked originally, he responded with this

he paid you to execute the method, since you did not fulfill the execution, you have to refund him in full.
if he had bought method from you and did it himself, that would be another story.
His agreement with you does not matter, you took the responsibility of his money and now you need to compensate his loss.
You have 48 hrs to pay him
