Noa Nies has escalated the following case to a claim and we're reviewing the information the seller provided.
I have not closed the dispute . i received an email saying that ... "Thanks for letting us know that you don't wish to proceed with this claim. We have now closed this claim and there are no further actions you need to take."

Hello,
i called paypal and closed the dispute. Now he reopened the Case by saying its an unauthorized Transaction. added a Screenshot of him reopening the Case. https://imgur.com/a/xm9zI3t Thank you. |
