Youtube, it is a free service and appears to be like a visual search engine. If you want to know something and don't want to read? you can just Youtube it and you might find a video to watch or listen to what you are searching for.

Music while on the road, news, reviews, watch someone's gameplay (if you do not have the time to play it), coverage from events you cannot attend to (E3, Comic-Con, etc.), DIY videos that can save you money or help you accomplish your tasks at hand, etc.
3. Does it have any impact in your life? if yes, tell us how ?
Yes it has, my gaming skills has increased so I have a better time playing the game as to quitting earlier because I died to much in game. Music I had forgotten has come back to me and I can also watch those music videos on demand as to where you could not in the past. Reviews also help you out a lot when you shopping for something of interest and you cannot make a decision. Cooking tips, a visual is often better than just reading it because you can see the technique done right in front of you. You can also educate yourself for free for instance, I have used Youtube to learn how to use MS Excel better and how to develop websites better.  
4. How has media changed the society around you?
For better and for worst I would say. The entertainment and the learning experience is great, although you lose more social interactions with those around you. For example, in the past while two people are waiting, they would engage in a conversation to pass the time and perhaps make a new friend, now more people are watching youtube while they wait and not care to notice the person next to them. News is also traveling faster around the world through media and a small issue can become a bigger issue. The funny thing is you see more problems than there are solutions. Ive seen it first hand that people would rather text than to talk over the phone. You don't hear their voice and tone of the person over the phone, which can lead to miss assumptions over text. Society with technology still has a long way to go. I would like to see more social and physical traditions come back to every family someday.
