The reason E-Book sellers who are LQ don't get banned is because

They inflate their vouches with other ebook sellers writing a 1minute thingy on their "method", with only downloading the ebook to see what it's called so they don't seem like a total retard. Along with that, no one that buys these ebooks cares or probably knows it's public. They don't wanna be the outlier when it comes to reviewing ebooks.

If you leave honest vouch reviews, you'll get less chances at them as people want their product to seem top of the line when it's shit.

I posted that thread about the tool because I was trying to figure out how to get these coupons. That I posted one thread doesn't mean that I purchased it, later I posted 2. thread about the method.
