Bring back the SHOUTBOX , it was a nice way of communication within the forum. I also suggest removing some of it features:

• Announcing new threads, it's useless .
  
• Remove the PM feature.
  
• Reduce the emoji count.
  

I don't really know if that would fix up the resources issue. But it might improve it at least.

The SB was such a good way to communicate with the others here. Don't wanna miss that <3
