For YT he offered me temp account but temp accounts are not usable since it usually are unusable since it is shared to so many users so I said to him to take time but replace with private account only.

The cursor account he replaced was shared (he promised to sell private accounts) and I never used anything from account yet 75% of account is already used.

The OP DM’d me, and I responded within one hour. He claims the Cursor account was shared, but the account had full email access. He could change the password, enable 2FA, and modify all security settings. If full control was available, the claim of it being “shared” doesn’t hold.
Regarding YouTube: he purchased the service for 15 USD around two years ago. The method is currently down, and I clearly informed him of that. I offered two options: either wait while the method is being fixed, or use a temporary replacement account in the meantime. A temporary account has already been offered.
I do not understand why a 100% refund is being expected after two years of usage. My terms clearly state a minimum guarantee period of six months per product. Even setting that aside, the service is not abandoned it is under maintenance, and a working temporary solution has already been offered.
From my side, I delivered a fully paid, non-trial Cursor account with full access. He did not secure the account and now claims it was used by someone else while for all you know he used it himself. For YouTube, he used the service for two years, and now a refund is being requested.
I’m trying to understand how the conclusion for a full refund was reached, because based on the facts and the timeline, it doesn’t align.

for cursor issue he has to change account info ,  and all i can offer is if he keeps up the claim of it being shared i resend a new account and he changes info instantly and for yt either he takes the temporary new account with yt prem rather then on own account or waits

Both of these purchases the payments are 2yrs old [the orignal payment]

the refund doesnt make sense that you use something for 2yrs and then get a full refund just because you claim it is shared

i will follow through with your decison but first i need some clarification on how did you calculate a full refund after 2yrs of usage on yt and no proof for cursor being shared while i can provide you the proof of me sending him the account with full access and it wasnt used up when i sent it but he didnt change any info

I admit his claim about YT that I used it for long even dying few times but his claim about cursor is wrong. Cursor history is long to discuss here but anyway I don't refund I just need fixes on time

I changed info on cursor will observe it for 24 hours if it remains unsued than good to go.

For YT he promised to replace with new account and I am waiting for him
