No, I did NOT agree. I warned you beforehand that every PayPal account must come with mobile number access, and you said exactly this: “I GUARANTEE IT WILL NOT BE A PROBLEM.”
So after that, I told you okay, send the account — because you guaranteed there would be no issue.

Yeah this is not a problem. No need phone number access for making transactions in it. And i have clearly stated that before the deal that phone number is not available that’s why i will provide 2fa access. That was the real TOS. Please check it in the conversation and show the admin if i told anything wrong

It’s not about “PayPal can survive or not” but the argument is whether i am responsible or not after closing the deal successfully and it’s been 6 hours since everything is done.
