The credentials sent by @OnlyCheap are wrong. I tried them again.
I also sent him a message to tell him this, I'm waiting for his reply.
Only the email password is right, and I am unable to reset the password of the FanVue account as I am not receiving any email from Fanvue.
I followed every instruction the seller gave me.
