I am ready to provide evidence and explanations confirming my rightness and the correctness of the service provided.

This is completely unacceptable. You failed to get me the refund even though I paid your fee. We never agreed that I only get a replacement — our deal was clearly that I receive a refund as well.
As you can see here: https://imgur.com/a/KHfuJ7d You only told me the “method is dead” after I returned the replacement device. You were the one who told me that I would get the refund once I sent the replacement back. I followed your instructions exactly, but Apple refused to refund me. In the end, I am left with my original phone that I already bought for €1300, and I also paid your fee for NOTHING. So why did I even pay you before you finished your job? You also wasted three weeks of my time. You reply only every few days.
