I did not like the websites, I did not wanted to make any changes because I dont think you can do what I envision and I dont wanted to waste your time as soon as I see the first mockup.

You said “if I like it, I buy,” which means you agreed to pay if you were satisfied. I delivered two complete website previews within the deadline, based fully on what you told me – “make it spectacular,” “make it crazy good appealing,” and “use the same colors from the thread.” You never gave me a mockup or example to follow, so I used my creativity. Even when you said you didn’t like it, I offered to edit and improve it to your liking, but you refused to let me make any changes at all.
 
You also ignored my messages for four days and only replied within three minutes after I mentioned opening a report. That clearly shows you were aware of the messages the whole time.
 
As for saying the site wasn’t good, that’s just not true. I even sent you proof that other people said it looked great and clean, but you didn’t even give me proper feedback on what you didn’t like.
 
Telling me to “take it for your portfolio” doesn’t make it fair after I spent hours working on your project based on your instructions. I’m not asking for the full $150 we discussed, just $100 as fair compensation for the time and effort you wasted.

 That’s fine — you’re entitled to your opinion. But what’s also clear is that you ignored me for four days, refused to let me make the agreed edits, and only responded within minutes once I mentioned reporting.
At this point, I’ve provided all the proof and context for moderators to review. I won’t keep arguing — I’ll wait for their decision.

No scam has been confirmed. The buyer only agreed to pay “if I like it”, and since he didn’t approve the final result, payment wasn’t mandatory.
That said, the buyer showed poor communication and bad faith, ignoring the seller for days and only refusing after receiving the finished work. This behavior is unprofessional and wasted the seller’s time.

Tip for OP:
Always request at least 50% upfront or use escrow before starting custom work. This prevents wasted time and protects your effort in future deals.
