@Liars im not involved with this but i can say this as Admin of BoltFN Checker (place where is ByteCloud paying for Ads)

1. Its a paid ad (1 of many), we are not involved with that Cloud
2. Im not the one handling ads in our BoltFN Staff Team, but i can say that if hes scamming or doing something against the Forum Rules we will delete his ad + ban him. If he has BoltFN license it will be deleted aswell (its on our TOS)
