People use VPNs, so as staff, we need to thoroughly verify suspected multi-accounts using multiple tools before making any decisions.

Regarding Exploit Scams, we have already pinned an announcement. If people in 2025 are still falling for such scams, that’s on them.

We are actively banning accounts once users report receiving scam DMs, as we don’t have access to anyone’s personal DMs, so we can’t act if no one reports.

We’ve implemented several mechanisms to prevent G2A scams and other scams, including the recent mass DM scam.
