Bro what??? I was trying to be nice with you. 3 years ago you paid 14$, you're mocking my kindness and asking for 18$.

I no longer offer the service. Your lifetime subscription has ended after 3 years, the life of the service has ended. Your dispute is bullshit, you're a very sad human being. You can go and abuse someone elses service now. 

If you need "cookies" you can buy them from my website, they were never part of the service you bought, I have 0 warranty on those.

It seems to me you dont wanna serve me anymore is not ok because the deal was to get lifetime replacements on cracked accounts and you still sell them the method is not dead also its not just me you are doing this to i can see others reporting you on your thread "https://cracked.sh/Thread-Supreme-CLOSED...41?page=44". I no longer sell accounts with warranty due to netflix having changed a lot with its security, the inability to sign in with email:pass, the accounts auto-locking after they detect different IP/Device access to them (even if done with cookies). Household codes that will auto lock you out after 2 weeks because we do not have access to the email to provide the required unlock codes. The ability to abuse a new feature which allows adding extra members from the accounts we provide to create new accs for you: This causes the owner to change details very quickly as it takes money out of their bank accounts without their consent. The inconsistency with being able to get accounts in time for replacement as restocks have become scarcer and harder to obtain. The price increase of those accounts. Many people abuse this service by changing the info on the accounts they use to make them comfortable when they should not, it should be used as is. 

All this is part of the reason why this service had to end. And it is done in a fair way where everyone has already benefitted in a way that is fair to how much they spent. 

If anyone wants cookies they can get from the site with 0 warranty as is stated on the website. They are completely different products/services.

As for the user you mentioned his reply was ~2 years ago and he's been taken care of in telegram. Not that it is any of your business but heres proof

I don't remember there was any warranty on cracked account apart from login warranty, also just because you add cookie capture it now becomes a completely different service!!! while i haven't even tested the login through cookies so how do i know for sure this is actually happening and if its so happening as you say we can end this if u give me one year private account as you gave earlier and we are done.

That said, the buyer used the account for about 2 and a half years for a one-time payment of $14.

On this basis, a full refund is not reasonable at all.
It's fair to acknowledge the misleading Lifetime wording, @Pampers must provide a replacement account for 3 months as discussed in this thread and you have 24h to do so.
