Finding another vendor does not mean I am cashing out your balance. That has never been how this works. The balance you have can be used for more cards and that is the service. If you choose not to use it that is your choice but I am not sending you money back just because you decided you are done.
I understand you are frustrated but the glitch you keep mentioning was not a wrong card being sent. You got the correct delivery message. The issue was with the history function showing a different card. That is only a display bug and not a reason for a refund. You still received the card you purchased.
To the moderator overseeing this report we have already gone over this in Telegram. The bot is working again and the balance is still there for him to use. We have explained the history display issue. From my side there is no refund owed here.
