Look at the photos and you can see that it only says "bankroll management" which suggests and thinks that if you pay for the normal pack or the VIP pack you will receive the EXACT pick to bet on and VIP only helps u to manage ur bankroll.
The problem here is that at no point did he tell me i had to pay for the VIP package so he could send me the EXACT picks he makes and upload to the bet tracker.
Once i paid, he told me that if i wanted to know his EXACT picks, i had to pay for the VIP package and not the regular package... and when i told him i didn't want to continue with his service and that i wanted my money back because it wasn't for the service i paid for since it wasn't what was written in the thread, he simply modified the thread and pretended it wasn't true.
If I had known that i would have to pay €150 directly to get his EXACT picks, i wouldn't have paid anything, but i paid €75 believing i would receive the exact picks he publishes in his bet tracker.
It's all clear in the TG conversation, just waiting for admins to send everything.

On the Normal package I am sending the predictions as singles, but in order of their grade of risk, so people who joined for Normal Package can create themselves the same parlays from VIP package or they can combine them differently if they want that. On VIP package, since I am doing customised money management, I am sending to members directly the bets as parlays with the amount they need to place. The statistics from Normal package and VIP package are THE SAME.

You don't have to mix the bets how you want, because you are receiving the predictions in order like I do the parlays too. You can mix them how you want JUST IN CASE you want higher odds or different combinations since you are doing your own money management on Normal Subscription, but you have the possibility to bet exactly how I bet with your own money management. Of course I send directly the parlays for VIP Subscription since I am doing customised bankroll management for my members, but you have the same parlays if you want that, I still don't get what is the problem since evrything is perfectly the same.
"VIP Subscription includes Customised Bankroll Management" and "VIP Subscription includes Customised Bankroll Management and 2 parlays created by me with 6 daily predictions from Normal Subscription" is exactly same thing, so stop repeating that over and over again, because it doesn't change anything

First of all, I don't get why are you speaking about VIP Subscription when you joined Normal one. Customised bankroll management, OF COURSE, includes exactly the bets you need to place those bet amounts from bankroll management, so it is the same thing, but once again, no idea why are you speaking about VIP Subscription.
Thread says very clear that you are receiving 6 predictions in one day(the same for Normal or VIP), not 2 parlays or something else. Even so, for Normal Subscription, they are sent in order of grade of risk like I mentioned, so if you want, you can bet identically like me anytime even on Normal Subscription.

What do you expect to get and what do you really need to get are two different things. You are getting what a service offers, not what you would like to receive. You can ask questions about a service before you join if something is not clear and then you chose the best service for you in your opinion.
I'm surprised you didn't expect me to place the bets for you and give you bankroll to bet with for the Normal subscription.
You are doing this just because you caught an unlucky period, if there were many wins, you wouldn't have any problems at all, no matter what would you receive.
I know it's hard to admit, but that's how people are these days, they only think about themselves and they forget to be fair.
