I understand you're upset, but there’s a clear misunderstanding here. I always aim to be transparent and clear with my customers, and I do apologize if you feel like you weren’t fully informed.

However, my Terms of Service (ToS) are clearly posted in the Telegram channel linked in my thread — this is the standard for all transactions. It’s stated in bold that by purchasing from me, you are agreeing to those terms. If you didn’t see or read them, that’s unfortunate, but it doesn’t change the fact that they were always available to you.

Regarding your claim about me assuring you "only I have access" — I always inform customers that they need to secure the account (change email, password, etc.) immediately. After 24 hours, I can no longer be held responsible, and that’s exactly what the ToS outlines.

As for the 300 USD, I can assure you this is not how I do business. I’ve been in this industry for over 2 years, and I’ve helped many customers without issue. It's frustrating to hear this kind of accusation, especially when the solution was in your hands.

I’d be happy to cooperate with the forum or platform staff and provide any needed evidence to clear things up.

i have never see your telegram channel before you mention it today. take screenshot of your message that you say "I always inform customers that they need to secure the account (change email, password, etc.)" you dont say this to me. to me you say only you have access and no need to change anything. all proof is in the photos of our convo

everyone can see its obvious you are a scammer. if by 1% this was not your actions and your "slave" screwed us both over you would take responsibility to your customer and do some compensation.
but you dont want to do anything, only if you are risking banned and forced by staff you will do something.

you are showing your true face here for everyone to see which is good is why i make this thread. embarrasing.

First, to address the claim about the Telegram channel — the ToS are always posted there, and it's where all buyers are directed before purchase, when clicking on my thread. If you didn’t see it, I apologize for any confusion, but that’s the system I’ve used with every customer. The fact that you didn’t come across it does not change its existence, as it’s standard procedure.

When buying from me, you automatically agree with my ToS. It's clearly written there that you must change all the sensitive information upon purchase.

As for the issue you're experiencing, I have always stood by my customers within the 24-hour window and addressed any concerns. After the warranty period, I am not responsible for actions taken by the buyer or anyone else.

I do understand your frustration, and I want to resolve this fairly. However, claiming I’m a scammer or calling me names only worsens the situation. I’m committed to working with the platform staff to get to the bottom of this, and if something went wrong beyond the 24-hour window, I will take responsibility for my part, not for actions outside my control.

These guys make me laugh — they get a lot of likes and 'rep', think they can do whatever they want, and sometimes even make extra profit on the side. Just like the story with Sonic on another forum — same thing. He scammed 2 or 3 people, kept insisting on his 'terms of sale' and how he was 'reputable', and the admins sided with him just because he was paying through the forum.
You played, you lost — give him back his $300.
