he does reddit hardware swap scam , so a dispute will always be there , be careful with him , he almost  ruined my personal business account

First of all, you haven’t sent the payment in over a week and told me that it’s going to be on hold for 15 more days or so. I can NOT ship the product until I receive the payment especially if it’s the first time doing business with you. It’s not my fault that your PayPal isn’t as described and that even the first payment went on hold for a month. Wish you luck!

Regarding the person who called me out a “scammer”:
I was contacted by him and he told me that there won’t be any holds for the payments. After he received the first one he told me that it was placed on hold for 72 hours and that it will be available after that. After 72 hours he told me that payment is going to be on hold for 21 days. Of course, this was inconvenient for both me and the buyer so I told him to refund the buyer. He hasn’t replied since. My last message was that he will either refund the buyer himself or I will tell the buyer to open a dispute on the transaction. He hasn’t replied so we have opened a dispute.
