Adding onto this. OFM Fix or not OFM Fix. In the end it is the same method and use amazon business to complete the refund/bypass ofm. In my case as the parent account was deleted, all the child accounts (including mine) were deleted. It should not be my responsibility to now have to contact aba/ofm in order to recover my account (which they cannot as the account was deleted by "me").
In the end this is all a farce to protect their method. Don't understand why theres all the hassle, as it's leaked already.
