livechat on website

something isn't right, I dont have live chat on the website.  can you share a ss oh the screen without your account data or private or in this thread?
there is a one blue fixed button on bottom right corner and when i click it. it redirect me into telegram.

i got a message from livechat on website. i think they are legit and hope they will fix the account.

livechat only works when they are active, I hope you can work it out, they are usually quick and understand

They said I had to wait for my account manager to resolve this issue, but the account manager is not responding to me on Telegram.
have you ever chatted with those telegram managers? read and no response is very unprofessional.  i really hope that i will get resolved this issue.

Personally on telegram I have never contacted them, only via chat, several times they managed to fix various errors that had caused themselves.

shit bro i am sorry for this situation, personally to me they helped and solved several problems they had caused, amounts not like yours but we are talking about 10k, if you have more details about your btc transaction and other proofs put them
