It's clearly false advertising as you have listed the product as "Google proxyless parser" and it's normal for users to assume that it is included in the product package they are buying as it's listed as such. You can't just advertise for a feature as your main selling point then proceed to put it behind an additional paywall. You will also have to update your website as well as your thread to notify users about it. The

False advertising would be promoting something we don't sell. The customer didn't buy the right plan, how can we be responsible for this? Everything is explained on our website, the customer can also upgrade from his dashboard to the plan he wants for $20, which is the difference between the base plan and the proxyless plan. 

There is no additional paywall, it's just about choosing the proper plan, the customer couldn't even checkout if he didn't manually select his plan, which is the base plan.
