The date is invalid for the transaction, the time shown on the screenshot doesnt match the conversation, and the user account is also new. Safe to assume he was trying to scam and get a refund. Sorry for the delay in resolution, I have asked @Liars and @Darkness to explain why they didn't solve it earlier. This explanation is internal and wont be revealed to you.
