When he was refunded he was once again told that I don't want him as a customer and that he's blacklisted. He's aware that I don't want him as a customer but he dosen't care.
Yesterday he made yet another account under the username @hesus96 , he obviously didn't state that he was @hemmis or else he wouldn't have been sold the ad perms. He slipped up on this message https://t.me/c/2464747742/6637.
I have just now found another account of his on my site ftid.bz that goes by @maksim369 , I banned his account.
