I purchased this server on the 24th of Novemeber and didnt recieve it until the 4th of December, I spent 24hours speaking to "Support" to get this resolved which was very time consuming and having to wait 2/3 hours for a reply. Server was provisioned on Centos 7 but because I didnt need this requirement anymore I wanted to change this to Windows, this also hasn't been straightforward and doesn't seem to be able to do it within the panelm, Yet again messaged support to see how or if they can do it and they come back 12 hours later just saying you can. ive used 10's of different VPS providers from Crazyrdp to AWS,Gcloud, Virtono, Hostinger etc etc and this was the most fustrating provider I have dealt with. ********************************************************************** HONEST REVIEW **********************************************************************
