The account got disabled because of that email and not the card. The card is not even fraudulent.

That’s not even your concern. The thing is you or whoever created the gmail did what they did on purpose and that’s the reason the account got disabled.

I know there’s no warranty, I’m not asking for that. But you cannot deny that someone recovered the account and sent those emails. @Deathstroke1 In the deal, you've clearly agreed to no warranty apart from a 5 to 10min login warranty. Hence the seller can't be held responsible. You should've changed the original email as well. Closed
