paid for account 5 days ago the guy stopped replying after payment 
delievered account 2 days later but put condition to buy proxy from him only then acc will work 
paid for proxy and then he didn't replied or delievered proxy for 3 days , i asked for refund for it 

the Paypal never opened too so the guy has scam service i will be opening scam report if the account isn't replaced/fix or refunded in 24 hours

he ignore my telegram thus writing here

PayPal service is not even related to the Open-Ups service, so 1st thing you're in the wrong place. 

2nd, Delivered account within 48h, and I recommend getting a proxy from a specialized guy who does Proxies for PayPal, you are not buying the proxy from me.
I am not associated with that guy in no way and stop trash talking on my threads and go learn some english, thank you.
