This guy copied my whole design word for word pixel for pixel and said I'm not "unique or exceptional" @Liars @Darkness could you please take care of this, I think someone needs to take this guy's head out of his butt like seriously.

There's a big difference between copying a design and paying for a design service.
 
Imagine if designers charged customers for creating designs, agreed to receive only half the payment, but then didn't deliver the design. And then they would then demand penalties if the customer used any of the elements they paid for.

To keep this thread from turning into a complete mess, where I have to defend reasonable arguments against two kids who seem incapable of logical thinking, I'll propose a fair solution.
Given @TAL0N's inability to understand, this is directed more towards @Liars and @Darkness.

@TAL0N has not sent me the designs I paid for, nor has he completed them as he agreed upon. After waiting four weeks for our dispute to be resolved, I had no choice but to hire a new designer to start from scratch so I could move forward with my website development.

I reached out to only one designer, @Zebra, for a thread design, but declined his offer. This means the website design has not been used; it was only shown to @Zebra.
No website is currently using this design, and it’s not being used elsewhere.

If @TAL0N is so upset about me using elements of the design I paid for, here's my proposal: he refunds me the full $30, and I will never use his design or any of its elements. Since I plan to advertise the business project on Cracked, you can verify that my future website design will not use @TAL0N's elements.

If he refuses to refund me, then I will simply use what I paid for. Despite @TAL0N never sending me the FIGMA designs, I had to hire another designer to create them from scratch.

As the evidence @TAL0N posted shows, I clearly reached out to you saying:
"Current design of the landing page (not fully finished, but should give you an idea of the brand identity and colors)."

Yet again, you're resorting to name-calling and accusing me of lying, when it's obvious that you're the one who just lied.

In fact, I never implied that this design would be used for my website. I never claimed it as my own, nor did I say it would be used.
All I did was send the design to you, mentioning that it wasn't fully finished, to give you an idea of the brand identity and colors for the thread design.

Am I not allowed to use any designs available on the internet to provide a designer with an idea of what I'm looking for and to serve as inspiration?
