Other then that its a solid guide, provides all the neccerary information & goes through them with pictures. 
My reason for the 6/10 rating is thats earnings aren't guaranteed in my opinion & the amount of time needed to be invested. 
This isn't entirely OP's fault, but the advertising is somewhat misleading since OP admitted that earnings aren't guaranteed when I asked for proof.
