Why don't you try out asking in WeChat or maybe joining WeChat groups? There are tons of people offering services there and Chinese people you know how they work if you live there, business friend is business friend and they will mostly recommend people they know who can do the work.

After research, I need you provide more detail. like usage of the excavator: construction sie, civil engineering, gardens and farm entertainment?

There are lots of excavator brands in China. I conclude those to two groups: 1. Heavy user; 2. light user.

1. heavy users brands like Sany, Liugong. People usually buy those for construction site and civil engineering. Those need to run very long time and in tough situation. 
2. light users brands are small companies. Those are for personal usage like Gardens, Farm entertainment. Those products are cheaper. 

Besides, let me know if you buy excavator for personal use or distribution.
