I talked with him and he wants refund. I will send in some minutes. 
The account it's ready but he doesn't need it so I will do as he wants. :)

It was your employee who came to see me and offered me a refund when you didn't reply, even though you told me you were preparing the account and that it would be ready in 1 hour.
Since you weren't able to deliver the account in the time, I had to go and buy an account from someone else.
