@gotz your dev hasnt provided any evidence for the said downtime, furthermore, you need to upload full chat log with ignitehost to imgur.com and share its link. You have 12 hrs to do so.

Server went down multiple times in a short time. Caused me many issue, such as corrupt installations of required software, along with an insane amount of lost progress. Theses servers are just not usable with all the downtime.

I was installing my own payment processor that requires the blockchain history of any coin you want to use and cannot be unexpectedly interrupted. This process takes a extremely long time. I had to restart it twice.
The online panel found at ignitehost.com/panel is sometimes stuck loading without displaying any information.

Overall, theres just too much expected downtime to be considerd as a server provider. As someone that already doesn't have much time it makes things impossible to keep maintained. Let alone use in production.

@IgniteHost since his developer is confirming that the vps was down and I assume they had no monitoring system in place, you need to provide evidence within 12 hrs from your system to show his vps uptime.

Edit: stop wasting my time with your comments on @xyz_1312, it is against the rules to comment on an uninvolved dd and he received his warning points already.

@IgniteHost you must send a full screenshot that shows client details too, how can I know it is his server? Obviously this cant be shared in public, you must private message me.

Also the evidence must be from hypervisor monitoring system rather than whatever screenshot you shared.
