What I'm basically saying on the shoutbox is: I opened the scam report because I saw fivio mad at you so in my head, at least someone reputable thinks the same as me, and I'm not crazy, right? That's why I oepened the report not because of your sorry ass $15. Whether or not you think that you delivered a working product/service has already been handled in the old report and you did not deliver as expected. It's simpler than you make it out to be, you hired me, i worked, sent you the work and you did not pay me in full. you now esenteally have it free because i refunded you $15 not because you are in the right but because i not wanted to get banned on this site over as little as $15. You now need to pay me the $30 back which you owe me, until then this report will remain open.
