MY BOOKING UPDATE:
Few hours ago I arrived back home from the hotel I booked using the private provider from Schmo. 
Took me longer to type this review because I wanted to wait till I left the hotel in order to give real review
And I must say that I am really impressed, everything went really good without a single problem or issue
throughout my stay at the hotel and I just paid 30% from the original price I had to pay for the booking!
By using his private provider I saved myself more money than I spent on buying this private provider. 
This is definitely worth compared from how much I will be saving from now on in my future travels!
