Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 10$ / Account Login.

Additional Information: I'm tested, the logins before I wanted to Upgrade my Spotify where it should be Upgraded in (24 H) 
After I messaged him (screenshots) he wanted my Order ID also alright. Then he doesn't answer me, and I asked for a Refund because it took this long and I still got no answers, and then he said the Login Details are wrong, which he changed because, therefore it wasn't wrong, and on his Site he mentioned, if the Login is Wrong, that he don't Refund, and then he sends me this Laughing meme, its pure Scam, I checked it therefore.
