i paid 540$ , also have proof of payment no porblem at all
Additional Information:
I did not want to make this thread about Datatouch fr, i dont want to call this a scam IT IS JUST INEXPERIENCED SUPPORT ,i have been buying for the last 3 months from his shop ping.fo they even have like 5 vouches from me in they pingfo vouches telegram 
Long story short i buy his GCS and used them to relaod my amazon balance , i know what i am doing , i never had an issues with his GC , only once i got an error from Amazon saying "payment revision is needed "  I contacted support and they replaced it within minutes no issues whatsoever at the time.

Just 2 days ago i reloaded with no issues i can provide proof if needed
Well yesterday i i got that error again after 2 months , Me thinking there is something wrong with amazon i tried most common methods to check are they valid , i tried POS system at my business it ofcurse  "DECLINED" i tried PERFUME.COM which is the method that works 100% of the time that one declined as well. 

Now support has been asking me for proof which i provided but they keep telling me they cant replace it , i told them the GCS are foulty which happends time to time , 

I even chatted with 4 diffrent reps in his support 

One rep even said " ooh go to perfume.com and provide proof that it declined THEN I WILL REPLACE IT which i did "

Then some time later a rep joins telling me they cant replace it , only they can replace shopify , stripe and pos systems  . and then of course i provided proof of POS system declining .

I just want a replacment thats all, i have the use for it , if not a refund it is okay but replacment is what i need.  

they response time is 1-3 hours and i have chatted with them over 23 hours now

Welcome to my world , I know they are busy
But they are restocking, and on telegram they see your message and never reply

This is getting out of hand , I didn’t spend 59$ I spent 550$

I don’t want to open more tickets since he says if you open more ticket you can get no refund and no answer
