Summary: I bought a 1 week license from @InfinityBetor his bet calling service and a couple days later my discord account that has access to the service is terminated. I made a new account asap and contacted him showing all the proof that I am an customer of his and he has been ignoring me.

I did give him his role but removed the role out right after when I realized he made this 'scam report' and created a false feedback, until that false feedback is corrected from my sellix, I'm not going to give him back his role as this will massively hurt my sales due to his incompetence of not doing illegal things on his discord main account. The only reason he posted that feedback was because he was mad and was completely inpatient for his own doings.

This should be fair trade-off. He will be returned the days he had left before his discord account got terminated after he corrects that one issue I have.

Everyone is allowed to put their own feedback. You cannot hold him hostage over a feedback/scam report. If you do not want to give what he has paid for. You can go ahead refund him from the unused days($10.72) or you can let him have the rank/role back. You will have 24 hours to do either one of them options.

Oh, so you're saying if I go around giving negative vouches/feedback for fun/just to lie on cracked or anywhere else that'll ruin small services/products it'll be allowed and you can't hold me accountable for it or can't 'hold someone hostage' for it? Yes you're so busy to the point where u cant just add a simple role to a customer. and ur also so busy u cant help out with the situation and explain things to me when u r active in the discord talking to other people. and my claim of losing $80 is definitely fake https://imgur.com/cM9WYRa.
