Logitech G keyboards are quite good. I had G613 (wireless)
But I myself prefer lower keyboards since it's a bit uncomfortable for me to type on them but for gaming it's nice.

u should try building a custom one. i have tried many mech keyboards over the years and after a while they just start feeling weird and unsatisfying
