The steps: 
Download Python 3
then install it as normal, one thing is to check "ADD TO PATH"
now after installing python, you have to install the requirements.
and to do so:

1. first download proxygrapper
2. Go to C:/python37/scripts
3. Copy everything there and paste in proxy grabber dir like this:

  


[font=Roboto, Arial]Now open CMD Admin and type this:

pip.exe install -r requirements.txt

You have to drag the pip.exe and requirements.txt them from the folder in the photo above to the cmd



after doing this you all ready to the easy part

Run proxy-GR.py

wait for a second till it says finished

then open UFX proxy checker

Load the proxies that were generated from proxy grabber

make these settings 



Check the proxies, save them, now you got HQ premium proxies ;3

pip.exe install -r requirements.txt doesnt work when I type it into the cmd even when I put both the pip.exe and txt file then do it

The fix for the requirements.txt not found error:
Run cmd, it is not really necessary to run as admin

Then type cd (directory where you have the proxy grabber)
cd proxy-GR-master
pip install -r requirements.txt , and make sure you have the requirements.txt file first in folder

And it should install it, then just follow the steps
