- Must not be a leecher within the C.io community (Will check profiles)
- Must be 18 yrs or older (Though no way for me to verify this, I'm counting on you guys' honesty)

- Tor Website will be locally hosted on one of my VPS
- Willl provide guides and tutorial on how to code a website in HTML/CSS via E-Mail if asked, can also give easy to modify templates for those interested
- I will not check on the website, as such it's entirely up to you to decide what to publish, there won't be any censorship on my end
- Will give a basic guide on Tor and OpSec if asked
