Seen a lot of user who have like 10k-30k likes and more than 1k rep.
I think than limit the achievement you can reach to 5k likes and 400rep, is a lil bit stupid, because after reaching heaven, users dont have any reasons to post more. 
So I think a new rank should be created, that can be reached with 15k likes and 1k rep, maybe less, maybe more, idk
