if you're old enough, create a bank account.
there are saving accounts where you can set a mature date.
that means you can add money to that savings account but CANNOT pull the money out until that mature date.
set the date for like 3 years.
add your money to that savings account anytime you think about gambling.
now you lost your money to gamble with, but you put it towards your future in 3 years or whatever time you choose.
invest brother! 

edit: sure, you're gonna be upset, but think about how you'll feel in that 3 years when you can finally pull your money out.
